Jeep YJ Radiator Repair

Just last week my radiator started to leak. It first started with a minor leak. When ever I parked the Jeep I could smell a little antifreeze, soon it got to the point that you could see steam comming from under my hood when I would stop at intersections. I could get away with topping up my radiator every couple of days. I took it to a radiator repair shop and they said it was because my tabs on the radiator were old and craking. They also told me that if I kept on using water in the radiator without the proper antifreeze/coolent mix I would soon need a new water pump. The real kicker is they said they could not fix it and it was a problem inherent to the Jeeps. I did a search on Google for a Used Jeep yj radiators and I found your site.

Not only did I get my radiator repair kit fast (I was too cheap to pick the FedEx shipping option. I chose the Expresspost shipping option). I found the instructions easy to read and the parts were very super simple to install. I just went for a test drive and there are no more leaks!!! your kit rocks!!! Why don't radiator shops carry them?

To bad you weren't selling these things a year ago. Thats when I replaced my leaking radiator with a used one I bought on Ebay. Only thing is it just started leaking too!
It cost me $75 used plus shipping. It fixed my problem for a little over a year. Now this other radiator started to leak in the same spot. I bought your kit for $30 and it fixed my problem. Thanks for the help and good luck in your studies.
